Changes to the exterior of your home must adhere to the regulations set forth in the Links II Architectural Control Guidelines. The homeowner is responsible for submitting an Exterior Modification Request Form, along with any additional information required by the project. Additional information includes sketches, photos, paint colors (as outlined in the Guidelines), permits (as required), contractor contact details as well as a certificate of insurance from the contractor.
