ON YOUR FIRST VISIT TO THE POOL…
ALL Valleybrook residents MUST show VALID ID
Acceptable VALID forms of identification for those 18 years or older include the following:
- NJ Driver’s License bearing your Valleybrook address
- NJ State Issued ID bearing your Valleybrook address
Forms of acceptable identification for children/students:
- A tuition statement bearing the student’s name and Valleybrook address
- Any official correspondence (transcript, acceptance letter, etc.) from a school, college, or university issued within the past 30 days bearing the student’s name and Valleybrook address
- A school report card from a Gloucester Township area school bearing the student’s full name
- A school photo ID from a Gloucester Township area school
- Photocopy of proof of guardianship

Summer 2025
Please note the following…
Smoking – We are SMOKE FREE…
- Valleybrook Swim Club is a smoke-free facility. No use of tobacco products including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. is permitted on Club grounds including the exterior of the actual pool beyond the fence and clubhouse.
Cabana Use
- Cabanas are for the enjoyment of all residents. “Reserving/Claiming” cabanas for later use and leaving the pool facility is prohibited.
Water Aerobics Classes
- 8-week water aerobics class
- Tuesday mornings* beginning June 17th – August 5th (8 Weeks)
- 10AM – 11AM
- $80.00 for 8 sessions, payable in full, in advance, directly to the instructor

Alcoholic Beverages Prohibited
Valleybrook Swim Club is an alcohol-free facility.
The Association and pool personnel reserve the right to call the police without warning/notice for anyone:
- in possession of alcohol
- suspected of being in possession of alcohol
- appearing to be under the influence of alcohol
- appearing to be under the influence of any narcotic substance
Additionally…
- All containers (coolers, thermoses, bags, etc.) are subject to be searched at any time.
- Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall be prohibited from entering the water.
- Homeowners found to be in violation will have their pool privileges suspended for the remainder of the season.
- Homeowners are responsible for the actions/behaviors of their guests.
- Homeowners found to be in violation of our alcohol-free policy are not permitted as guests of other homeowners. If this is determined to be the case, those homeowners' privileges will be revoked as well.
- Guests found to be in violation of our alcohol-free policy are not permitted to return to our facility.

*TENANT REGISTRATION - Non-resident owners must sign the application to surrender pool privileges to their tenant(s). The original application form, on colored paper, must be mailed or hand delivered to the management office OR hand delivered to the pool once the pool is opened full time. Faxed and/or scanned applications will not be accepted.
POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
ADMISSION PROCEDURES
- Adult residents must show a valid driver’s license or non-driver photo state ID card on their first visit to the pool. The ID MUST show a Valleybrook address.
- Children five (5) or older must show a school ID or a report card from this past school year on their first visit to the pool.
- Photo ID Cards will be kept at the check-in gate and the checker will verify the identity of the person requesting entrance with the photo on the card on file. Proof of residence for each member of the household will be required.
- Only homeowners current with the VBHOA & individual Association dues and/or not in violation of any individual Association or VB rule will be permitted to use the pool and recreation facilities.
- Regarding Delinquent Accounts:
- Payments on accounts will be verified in 72 hours.
- Admittance is not permitted until accounts have been verified.
- Account/delinquency payments ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE POOL.
- Regarding Delinquent Accounts:
- Guests must be accompanied by an ID cardholder and will not be permitted in the pool area without the cardholder present.
- A maximum of four (4) guests per household will be permitted per day.
- Children five (5) years of age or under will be admitted free.
- Members and/or guests will be responsible for the cost of any damage caused through their negligence and/or carelessness – including accidents caused by children in diapers.
- Anyone found to be argumentative or disrespectful to the lifeguards or any member of the pool management team or who are non-compliant with the Rules and Regulations will be required to immediately vacate the facility and will not be permitted to return until the incident is reviewed by the Association and the pool management company and will be subject to having their pool privileges suspended.
- Any members refusing to provide the names of individuals involved in an incident will be considered in violation and will not be permitted to return to the facility until the incident has been resolved to the satisfaction of the Association and the pool management company.

- The term “adult” throughout the Rules and Regulations is defined as anyone 18 years of age or older.

HEALTH/SANITATION
- The pool manager and lifeguards are responsible for the safety and sanitary operation of the pool and grounds. The manager and guards have complete authority to refuse to admit and/or remove any member or guest because of health reasons, intoxication, misconduct or other causes. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF SOME OR ALL POOL PRIVILEGES FOR THE SEASON.
- Alcohol is not permitted. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF POOL PRIVILEGES FOR THE SEASON.
- Babies or children not potty trained and/or who are under the height requirement are not allowed in or around the large pool and are restricted to the baby/wading pool. This includes the steps of the large pool, sitting on the ledge of the large pool, and/or being held in the large pool by an adult.
- Children in the wading pool must wear diapers that are made for water/swimming activity. Every day disposable diapers are not permitted.
- Drugs of any kind will not be tolerated. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF POOL PRIVILEGES FOR THE SEASON.

SAFETY
- The swim club facility is under 24/7 video surveillance.
- If you, your child(ren), or your guest(s) require special attention or have special needs, please make the pool staff aware of such upon your arrival.
- Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall be prohibited from entering the water.
- The police will be notified without warning/notice for anyone:
- in possession of alcohol
- suspected of being in possession of alcohol
- appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic substance
- The offender’s pool privileges will be suspended for the remainder of the pool season.
- No one is permitted in the main pool unless a lifeguard is on duty.
- There may be a break or partial pool closing as needed.
- The pool may close for maintenance operations, health condition, weather, or any reason deemed sufficient by the pool manager. Outdoor bathing will be prohibited during an electrical storm and those who remain must seek shelter under the vending machine pavilion. Guests are not permitted to re-enter the pool deck area or the pool itself until 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder.
- All people must leave the pools when the ALL-OUT whistle is sounded.
- Diving, running, ball throwing, pushing, wrestling, dunking, rough playing, etc. is not permitted at any time in the water or on any of the pool grounds.
- “Hard” toys such as, but not limited to, plastic are not permitted (e.g. water guns, etc.) but are permitted in the baby pool only under the supervision of an adult.
- “Noodles,” single or seated, are the only type of flotation devices permitted in the pool. Noodles for any purpose other than sitting are not permitted.
- Flotation devices OTHER THAN NOODLES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE POOL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No child is allowed in the large pool unless they are AT LEAST 42 INCHES TALL. Children shorter than 42” tall are to use the baby pool only.
- Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted at the edge of the pool. Where food and drink are permitted, no containers made of glass shall be used.
- No bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc., are permitted inside the pool.
- No ball bouncing, throwing, playing, or any other type of activity other than swimming is permitted in the pool or within the pool facility.
- All bikes must be parked on the bike rack located between the basketball and tennis courts.
RESPONSIBILITY
- All residents, including children using the recreational facilities at Valleybrook do so at their own risk. Management will not be responsible for any accidents in connection with such use.
- Management will not be responsible for lost jewelry, valuables, clothing or other property left in or about the facility.
- All injuries, however slight, must be reported to the pool manager or one of the lifeguards immediately. They should also report such incidents to the Management Company:

CHILDREN
- Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult and may be asked to show proof of age.
- Children ages 6 years or older are permitted in the deep end of the main pool only if they pass a swimming test.
- No child is allowed in the large pool unless they are 42” tall and able to stand on the bottom of the shallow end without assistance or floatation devices.
- The baby/wading pool is restricted to children 5 years old and under ONLY. An adult must always supervise them in the wading pool.
- Children who are qualified to be in the large pool must only swim in the large pool. They are not permitted in the baby/wading pool.
GUESTS
- Two (2) free guest passes per household, per weekday (not including holidays) and one (1) free guest pass per household on weekends and holidays, will be permitted.
- Individual guest passes can be purchased at a cost of $6.00 each by check only payable to VBHOA.
- A maximum of four (4) guests per household will be permitted per day.
- Guest booklets may be purchased at the pool or from the Management Company (in person or by mail) for $50.00 per sheet of ten (10) guest passes by check only payable to VBHOA.

- All guests will require a guest pass, one pass per guest.
- Guests cannot be residents of Valleybrook who are delinquent in their fees. If this is found, the owner bringing that person into the pool will lose their pool privileges.
- Payments for Guest Passes is by check only made payable to the VBHOA.
- Passes may be purchased at the pool.
- Guest passes not used during the current season may be carried over to the following year.
- Guests must be accompanied by and an adult ID cardholder and will not be permitted in the pool area without the adult cardholder present for the duration of their stay at the pool.
- A maximum of four (4) guests, regardless of age, per household will be permitted per day.
- Children five (5) years of age or under will be admitted free.
- Guests are GUESTS. Any issues arising in the pool facility are to be addressed by the homeowner only. Guests are GUESTS, not members of the Association.
OTHER
- PROOF OF RESIDENCY FOR ALL HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS WILL BE REQUIRED.
- The use of profanity or disrespect of any kind to the lifeguards, pool personnel, or any pool patron will result in an immediate one-week suspension of the use of pool facilities for the household.
- Radios will be permitted only if their volumes/operations do not disturb others.
- Chairs and chase lounges are provided free, on a first come, first served basis. Saving or holding chairs or lounges for others will not be permitted.
- Proper bathing attire is required; thong bathing suits, male or female are not permitted.
- Any resident using the outdoor grill must comply with all safety and operational procedures. Only residents can operate the grill. Residents using the grill will be responsible for general clean up afterwards.
- Showering is recommended prior to entering the pool.
- Persons suffering communicable illnesses (sores, fungus infections, eye, ear, nose or throat infections, etc.) are prohibited from using the pool.
- No pets (with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs) are permitted in the pool area. This includes dressing rooms or other parts of the enclosure.
- All trash must be deposited into appropriate receptacles.
- The use of pergolas are on a first come, first served basis. Out of courtesy to fellow residents, patrons are not to “claim” a pergola(s) and then leave the premises to return later. Doing so may result in items being removed/relocated elsewhere.
LOST AND FOUND
- A lost and found bin will be provided for items left at the pool. Only items that fit into the bin will be housed therein. Items not fitting into the bin will be discarded at the end of each pool day. The contents of the bin will be discarded at the close of business each Sunday. The box is not to be used as daily “storage” for pool items. Noodles left at the pool will be discarded at the end of each day. The Board will revisit the lost and found issue one month after the pool opens full time to determine its continuance. The VBHOA is not responsible for any items left at the pool or in the lost and found box.
BASKETBALL COURT
- Basketball court privileges are extended to Valleybrook residents ONLY. Guests of Valleybrook residents ARE NOT PERMITTED. Court key or proof of residency is required.
- Basketball court is available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day during pool hours.
- No other activity except basketball is to be played on the courts. There will be no skateboarding, etc.
- Loitering on the court or the surrounding areas is not permitted.
- Use of the basketball court before and after pool hours is only available through the purchase of a key. The key for use of the basketball court is available from the management company for a one-time fee of $10.00. The key must be picked up by the unit owner at Associa’s Mt. Laurel Office, by appointment – 856-996-1665 or

The owner must sign a statement of responsibility to obtain the key. - With the exception of key holders, the basketball court will be open/unlocked to the general membership during pool hours. Court key or proof of residency is required for the use of the court.
- The basketball court is under video surveillance 24/7. Those found trespassing or vandalizing the court will be prosecuted.
TENNIS/PICKLE BALL COURTS
- Tennis/Pickle Ball court privileges are extended to Valleybrook residents.
- No other activity except tennis is to be played on the courts. There will be no skateboarding, etc.
- The key for use of the tennis court is available from the management company for a one-time fee of $10.00. The key must be picked up by the unit owner at Associa’s Mt. Laurel Office, by appointment – 856-996-1665 or
